I want a CEO who selects the right kind of advisers like Jeff Sessions and knows how to delegate while setting broad objectives and uses his leadership to get things done. The LT then goes into great detail with the how deep and wide the hole should be, the materials to used to anchor it, etc. The Sarge interrupts him after this lengthy exposition on how it should be done and says, "Sir, let me show you the Army way on how it is done. Corporal, erect that flagpole."
