Cruz has already cozied up to the GOPe because that is all he has left.
using the establishment only serves to pretend fight and fool the base.
Has Cruze ever WON a filibuster? has he ever won any of his much vaunted USSC cases?
Cruz will be the nominee and he will go on to win and become one of the greatest US Presidents we have ever had, right up there with Washington, Lincoln and Reagan.
He will do all this with the support of hardworking, patriotic Americans who believe in Constitutional, limited government and in the 10th Amendment. He will need and he will have the funds made available to him by people who believe in this country and who want to see the 100-year long progressive project unwound and destroyed.
This is a moment for optimism and strength of resolve, not for surrender to more progressive policies, whether of the ‘left’ or the ‘right’. We need to free ourselves from this socialist prison of the mind. We are not trapped in a socialist/progressive continuum. We are a free and sovereign people; let’s stop behaving like slaves.
