Why did Rafael B Cruz take until 2005 to decide to get his USA citizenship? He came to
the USA in 1957, went north to Canada where he got his Canadian citizenship and fathered
Rafael E Cruz, returned to the USA and finally decided in 2005 it was time to become an
American citizen?
Ted renounced any claim to Canada citizenship the first time he voted in America!
