You have gone from irrational to psychotic insanity. You claim I said I heard “dropping out” with my own ears.

LISTEN UP.

It is the voices in your head who claimed they heard the words “dropping out” with their own ears. I NEVER SAID IT.

If this is the best you can do, no bleeding wonder you hear a lie and think it’s true.

No.

Bleeding.

Wonder.

“You claim I said I heard ‘dropping out’ with my own ears.”

You simply refuse to face reality. My conscience is clear. God and everyone on this forum can see EXACTLY what you said and what I said.

You MOCKED me when I said specifically that “dropping out” was IMPLIED. You accused me of doing drugs.

Here is the exact post where you did this:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3404924/posts?page=130#116

My words you quoted were: “You guys are the same ones who denounced Cruz as a liar because his campaign implied Carson was dropping out after Iowa.”

Your reply was: “Implied? IMPLIED??? What are you smoking? There was no implication. Or have you not listened to the voicemails that were sent to Every Single Caucus Location?”

You have wasted hours of time defending your false statement. AND YOU KNOW IT IS A FALSE STATEMENT BUT YOU STAND BY IT.

“I NEVER SAID IT.”

You claimed precisely that you heard the voice mails, AND they did NOT IMPLY Carson was dropping out. What else can your words mean than the Cruz team supposedly saying he was “dropping out”? There are only three possible meanings of your claim: they did not imply it because they said nothing remotely similar (which is obviously NOT what you meant), they did say something similar but did not imply he was dropping out (which is obviously NOT what you meant), or they said those exact words. If there is some other possible explanation then please point it out. And please explain how I have misconstrued your mockery and claim that there was not an implication but a literal statement. And you know that is exactly the meaning of your words which I have reposted here for all to see.

Nowhere is there a single solitary piece of evidence that any of the Cruz staff said Carson was “dropping out” or “withdrawing”.

Further, you specifically condemn the Cruz team response that they were passing along what CNN reported. But I have showed how that is what they did. I do not know what you think the Cruz team should have done. Ignore that a major candidate said he was skipping the next two debates and going home? Tell the staff, yes that is happening but don’t read too much into it, all candidates do stuff like this before getting serious about their campaign? Yeah, right.

If you can find ONE recording of any Cruz staffer saying specifically Carson was “dropping out” during the Iowa caucus, I will man up like you are completely incapable of doing because a serious character defect, and I will openly, plainly apologize in no uncertain terms. I will admit you were right. I will retract calling you a liar. But you have had every opportunity to offer proof but cited the same voice mails that I cited to you.

This was supposedly happening openly at every caucus location all over Iowa. But coincidentally not a single case was documented.

The media used the word “suspend” and I showed you a link to this. This “LIE” (by CNN and not Cruz) became a factual error that Cruz’s team AND other media outlets spread unknowingly. And it happened right in the caucusing when everyone is extremely busy trying to get the voting done.

Suspend means stopping his campaign. It does not necessarily mean the same thing as dropping out. Not going to the next two debates is definitely suspending. It probably implies reassessing. It MAY mean dropping out is imminent.

“If this is the best you can do, no bleeding wonder you hear a lie and think it’s true.”

For the fifth time, why do you insist on judging Cruz by a different standard than yourself and your candidate? I KNOW that Trump has said factually inaccurate things. He has contradicted his own words, repeatedly. I am willing to overlook this and vote for him anyway. I don’t like it. I wish he would not use exaggeration and hyperbole to the extreme in which his statements are just wrong. But he is what he is. That’s politics. You take the good with the bad.

Only Trump gets a pass with you for contradictory statements and saying things that IMPLY really nasty stuff. Trump can say “she has blood coming out of her... wherever” and get away with it. Great. Glad he can take out the MSM and come away unscathed. The difference is you are okay with Trump making these kind of implicative statements or outright wrong statements, but Cruz needs to be crucified. Trump can compare Carson to a pedophile, but that is supposedly not dirty politics.

I prefer Cruz. I can live with Trump, especially if he keeps his word and governs conservatively. What I am NOT okay with is the thousands of substance free attacks on Cruz who is, by the standard of EVERY conservative organization that rates candidates, the most conservative candidate in the race, generally earning a 100% score. Does Cruz have flaws? Sure. So does everyone. But I am NOT going to stand by and watch what is really happening which is attacks on conservatism itself.

But you have some sort of deep-seated HATRED for Cruz. I question your honesty and integrity. Cruz was willing to do everything in his power to stop and defund Obamacare. He single-handedly stopped amnesty in the gang of eight bill from becoming law. He risked his career denouncing the lies of the GOPe. He made a lot of enemies. None of them are conservative though, including Donald Trump. So I think I have every reason to question your motives and integrity when you insist on spreading lying Goebbel style memes.

Quit rehashing the same thing over and over, ignoring every piece of evidence I have presented, and dragging this out endlessly. I am not asking for an apology. I simply asking you to face the facts of your own words. It really is not that hard to say that you misspoke and just admit, the communications by the Cruz camp merely implied Carson was dropping out. That is just a fact. I am not even asking you to admit that the CNN statements and other news media statements implied Carson was dropping out, even though that is also a fact. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone misspeaks sometimes. It’s really only a problem when a person cannot own up to it. Honestly, whether the Cruz team IMPLIED or ACTUALLY said Carson was dropping out is not really germane to your argument. As a debater, you should be prepared to let go of failed arguments and focus on your main point.

I am saying this for your benefit. After me calling you out so harshly, you may be unable to hear it from me. But you could make some decent arguments for your candidate and against other candidates if you could let go of these failed efforts. Just give up on the whole “implied” point. You lost. Move on. Live to fight another battle. It’s not worth fighting a losing one. Prove that you can do better. I actually suspect that you can. In fact, I’m pretty sure I have seen some good posts from you over the last several months. So, if I have been so harsh I hurt your feelings, I apologize. I’m not trying to destroy a potential ally against Clinton or Sanders or Obama. But take it for what it’s worth and move on.
