where’d you get the pizza oven? i’m thinking of getting one from Forno Bravo when our addition and deck are done. The BBQ, deck, pizza oven..... will all live on the deck.

In the Philippines, bread shops are three to a block. Plain pan-de-sol is a morning snack for millions here and abroad. So, I found an oven maker and gave my specs. The 2 marble slabs came from a broken piece at the Building supply, cut to fit.

It has LPG burners, larger than normal, so we can cook around 500F. A wood burner will approach 800-1000F, with a cook time of 1- 1 1/2 minutes. No thanks. LPG is cleaner and more controllable.

But, pizza is fun, easy, and ... do you know anybody that DOESN'T like pizza?

Garden Delight, "Hawaiian", and Kitchen Sink!
