Keep your eyes on MN. The Twitterverse of GOPe is desperate for ANY Rubes win and he was polling very well there.
If Rubes wins MN, that will be the ENTIRE news cycle. Seriously, they are saying he has caught fire, and will now really come on.
sigh.
So it is looking like Minnesota, the most socialist state in the Midwest wants to support little Rubio. Not surprised but disappointed that they have been blinded to the light.
Because Minnesota doesn’t have much in the way of a base. Very very liberal up in snowland
Current delegate count per Drudge (I have no idea which states are included) : Trump 221, Cruz 69, Rubes 21
He was there today. Flew in to FL from there
Right on mark! Good post.
Spot on!
Rubio up 9 points on Cruz with 79% of the vote in, one has to think Rubio is in the driver’s seat on this and will win.

Who are the Hmong voting for?
And what about the Syrians?
FYI at 10% counted
Rube 37
Cruz 27
Trump 20
Northern Minnesota, multiple precincts with a total of 121 voters (a few were crossing from democrat party). About triple the usual voters.
52 Cruz
37 Trump
12 Rubio
I think Carson was higher than Rubio and remainder Kaisch.
Rubio was in 4th place.
Drudge puts Minnesota in for Rubio.
Local radio...
WDFL?
;-)
Norm Coleman and Pawlenty both endorsed Rubio. I guess that carried some weight unfortunately.
Even though I saw it was early results, Drudge declared Bernie the winner and from what I saw, Sanders was crushing the witch; so, socialism is bad but I never care to see Hillary win.
Yep, Fox just called MN for Rubio and having orgasms about it — calling it a “delegate rich” state, yeah 38 delegates. Big deal.
Guess Cruz spoke too soon tonight when he said he was the only candidate to win besides Trump. He was all but calling for Rubio to drop out and join his campaign.
The state that gave us Al Franken and Jesse “the Body” Ventura.
He was referring to candidates who after tonight would have no wins and an isignificant amount of delegates - namely Carson and Kasich.
Carson in particular is playing the role of spoiler.
Yep. He spoke way too soon.
No, Minnesota will vote for whoever the DFL puts on the top of the ballot. Minnesota Republicans will split between the religious right (Cruz) and the Chamber of Commerce (Rubio). Trump does not have a natural constituency here. He is NOT Minnesota Nice. Minnesota does not have much tolerance for rude people.
Also, Minnesota did not suffer as much during the recession or under Obama as some other states, so we don’t have quite as much visceral anger. I think Trump was wise to give it a pass.
My concern is if Trump gets the nomination how many house and senate seats will be lost and will we lose the the Minnesota House too.
I really hope people will remember how important it is to vote the rest of the ballot, even if you pass on the top.
