...just take that 13th floor elevator, LOL.
You may already know that “the 13th floor elevators” was the name of Billy Gibbon’s band before ZZ Top.
Tells me the meeting never happened, since the odds of there being a 13th floor are slim to none.
...and all this on leap day.

The meetings, conducted partly on the record and partly off the record in a 13th floor conference room... Credibility questioned right there. What building has a 13th floor? Builders usually number the floors ...10, 11, 12, 14, 15... because nobody wants an office located on the 13th floor.
