That is a consistent characteristic.
Time back, past actions could be used to predict certain future actions as a norm, but seems no longer to be considered.
If elected, certainly HOPE he surprises me. I will vote for him over the dem candidate...........but have no delusions.
Expect the unexpected............
After the last 7 years and acknowledging the reality that our nation has indeed fallen, and after reading the Bible in depth, nothing will surprise me.
