So how is that going to work? Government sets wages instead of the employer?
Better idea: eliminate H1B entirely, then fix the immigration system so that we give preference to skilled people instead of Third World Muslims.
When the skilled people immigrate, they would be paid market-rate wages. They would also be free to found their own American companies to compete against existing H1B-hiring companies.
And you believe Trump would fix that how?
