Is your oil tank underground? Sounds to me it is water in the fuel

That would be about a 1/4 million dollar problem after the EPA got done with him.

Not where I live. I have “property” and the water well is 750 ft’ deep. Nice try with the doom and gloom though; might be better served over at ZeroHedge.

Or was that sarc?
