Cruz’s SuperPacs will pull the plug on him very soon without warning. Ted doesn’t have a clue.

The rabid chihuahuas lost big last night.

I think it’s over for them.

I’ll waste my vote on the off chance that it won’t be wasted. We’ve already got Nero in the WH. We don’t need Caesar.

rather then caring for the citizens of the great Lone Star State of TEXAS

That's because Cruz did not pander and trade pork for Texas. He has principles and I will vote for him or Trump on Tuesday (I have not decided). OTOH Rubio would lose in the general and would be a suicidal vote.

A vote for anyone but Cruz is going to do great harm to this country. And you just can’t see that.

Ah, the “it’s over” propaganda offensive begins. Very predictable.

Actually, if Trump’s win is inevitable, voting for him is a more wasted vote. I already early voted in Georgia for Cruz, because that’s my choice for president. If Trump wants to run the table, he has to win over other supporters. He cannot know who those other supporters are unless we vote for our choice.

If Trump’s win is inevitable than a vote for Trump is a wasted vote. He doesn’t need it.

Why do you do this? What are you gaining by trying to demoralize people who disagree with you on the best candidate. You do realize that you will need the votes of those who disagreed with you during the primary to win the general, right?

I’m done with Free Republic for a few days. Save the “well bye” graphics.

“A vote cast for either Ted Cruz or, Marco Rubio is a wasted vote!!!”

“I am a true 1960s Barry Goldwater/Ronald Reagan Conservative” but you sound like a but hurt 60’s hippie
Jeb supporter.

Thanks for the incentive, I’ll vote Cruz if for any reason just to
spite you for trying your Obama tactics.

This is the Primary. Here you vote for the best person in your opinion - not anyone else’s. If Trump wins out, he will still know who is the second choice of the people. It is important to remember you are voting in the PRIMARY. Cruz is my person.

Last night should have put the GOP on suicide watch. Priebus should be fired for horrendously mismanaging this awful debate fiasco. The only ones who benefitted were the media hacks who will be killing the Republican candidate in he general against Hillary.

Cruz, elected in 2012 has been more consumed in the last couple of years with himself and his POTUS ambitions, rather then caring for the citizens of the great Lone Star State of TEXAS.

Your opinion. My opinion is he has represented me very well.

I cannot understand the Trump love on here (or anywhere for that matter). The guy is a blowhard low on substance. He has no grasp of policy or governing. He will damage the United States standing in the world worse than it already is. He will be a national embarrassment if elected president. It is incredibly sad that so many Americans cannot see this.

If you’re right, and ‘its over’, then Trump doesn’t need my vote, anyway. I don’t dislike Trump, and I’ll almost certainly vote for him in November rather than stay home if actually wins the nomination, but he’s not my candidate in the primaries.

I’ve been leaning toward Cruz, but will be fine with supporting Trump.

Recent reports that Ted and The Rube have agreed to support one another have not gone down well with me. If Cruz is indeed an outsider who only wants what’s best for the country, why would he get behind a lying, pro-amnesty establishment dirtbag like Rubio?

Yup.

Voting for No. 2 & No. 3 is wasting votes.

Time to rally around our nominee apparent while Hillary and the Bern are slugging it out for the Democratic nomination.

Now its on to the general election and Trump will need all the help he can get to defeat Hillary.

Regardless of whether or not the GOP establishment likes it.

There is no such thing as a “wasted” vote.

Vote for whoever you want to vote for. Wife & I are voting for Trump. See, it’s easy :)
