I have never seen him post a vanity. And if he did it would be a very
thoughtful one.

Most stupid vanity threads like this one get pulled.
Your vanity just takes up valuable band width.

I post vanity threads all the time and as far as I can recall, only one was ever pulled. Of course, my vanity threads are pretty tame and get fairly few responses, so maybe I’m not worth the hassle of a ZOT.
