What a bunch of bull $%^t! I’ll take a freedom loving American who wants to make America great again any time. Build a wall enforce immigration laws, lower taxes, getting better jobs, help the vets, rebuilding the military and our prestige, protecting religious freedom, and the 2nd amendment etc. all things Trump can and will do.
:: Personally, I think you’re lying ::
Herein lies the problem. Trump isn’t lying!
I continue to support and advocate for Ted Cruz. I think he is the best option for conservatives in the US. So far, I have not heard our “Glorious Leader” JimRob say any different (and, we butted heads over Cruz several months ago).
What everyone on the Pubbie-side should consider is
(1) stop passing on or abjectly telling lies.
(2) Focus on their understanding of policy.
(3) provide their vision for the USA to maintain its superpower status (which, to my mind, is what they all believe in)
and let the chips fall.
That said, Ted Cruz needs to clean house...quickly!
So they are just an extension of the Hillary camp.
I always say Trump has the right enemies
A guy that the GOPe, the media and Liberals hate is the guy we need in the White House
“Fantastic piece!
Of course those for whom it is intended either won’t read it or will pooh-pooh it.”
This piece is much to long for most Trump supporters to read. Their lips get tired moving before they get to the end.
Yeah, lets turn FR into a self-help forum for aspiring bloggers and a group therapy session for sufferers of TIBH...(Trump Induced Butt Hurt)
She’s got some nice texts
Um, hello? I didn’t run away from anything...I’m just reading the crazy hand wringing comments of the Trump supporters over this.
Funny thing is, if Matt is so off course and wrong with his assessment, and his article is crazy drivel, why are any of you giving it the time of day? Or do you just like tossing out insults to those that disagree with you?
This writer may be right on some of his points because Trump is NOT nor ever has been a stereotypical “Conservative”. The problem with this line of thinking is that one has to assume that a “pure Conservative” has a chance to Win the Presidency in 2016! If you haven’t been following what’s happened to the U.S. in the past generation then you need get out there more and see that 47-51% of the U.S. is NOT ideological and fewer still are....Conservative! This is trench warfare to save the Union regardless of the who the General is! Think of it this way: Abe Lincoln needed Grant to win the Civil War despite that by most accounts Grant wasn’t a very good President later on. We need to turn the tide of the War, FIRST, before rebuilding. There is NO WAY Ted Cruz will be able to win the General Election. Most of us have made the mistake that the Rs have nominated RINOs that end up losing the general election because they didn’t get enough “Conservative” votes. They’re missing the point that for every more “Conservative” a vote that that candidate would have gotten, had they’d been more conservative, that it would have put them over the top. That’s false because they would have lost just as many equal amount of non-idealogical voters. The problem has been these “RINOs” didn’t know HOW to....FIGHT and WIN! I like Cruz and I do believe he is a principled Conservative. But I am equally convinced that the U.S. today is not the same country as it was in 1980, 1970. Misreading where the country is in 2016 skews your view on this topic and on Trump! Look at most of the successful generals in history and you’ll notice that very few were staunch ideologues....
When you cannot decide the truth of an argument there ii always the ad hominem attacks
Definition of ad hominem
1
: appealing to feelings or prejudices rather than intellect
2
: marked by or being an attack on an opponent’s character rather than by an answer to the contentions made
When the Trump disaster takes place you will be responsible, and you along with generations of Americans will pay for it.
Trump boils down to the movie Deadpool. That is how far down our society has fallen and Trump seems to be a leader in his vulgarity and hate.
you missed the second part of my comment “...and consider what is being said”
I’m surmising you didn’t do that.
A simple article like “Top 5 Reasons Trump is not as Conservative as You Think He Is” would be more helpful.
As far as his personal life and behavior is concerned, that’s a different issue.
It would be gratifying to see Trump “stick it” to both the Dems and GOPe, but may not be the best thing for the country under the circumstances.
Wrong.
Ever see the movie Idiocracy? That is what our society is becoming.
There will be LEGIONS of his paid staff to ridicule this now on FR.......Legions who will call in Legions more.
Who said anything about Ted Cruz? Not once did Matt mention any other candidate in his article, especially Ted Cruz, yet it seems so many Trump supporters immediately start throwing rocks in Cruz’ direction, when Trump is called out.
The article is about Trump. Not any other candidate.
Crazy hand wringing? If you’re going to post click bait flame wars, you should stay involved with what you start. And then ad hominem on your part helps.
You posted your first reply to anyone 14 seconds before my comment, which was quite a while info the discussion.
Face it, almost anything from the Blaze carries about as much weight as Alex Jones. Except Jones isn’t on the campaign trail swearing Trump into office over a watch.
did you see Post #66.....try that.
