Marco Rubio (19%) and Ted Cruz (18%) remain locked in a battle for second. Cruz has seen a 2-point drop since Tuesday while Rubio has stayed at 19%.

Folks already have a serious question about whether Cruz is eligible to be president.
Cruz has hurt himself very seriously by arguing publicly that it would be “foolish” for anyone to even ask the question in court. It makes it look very much like Cruz is hiding something.
Cruz would be better off taking a half hour ad and explaining what he thinks is the legal basis for his eligibility. It just makes more sense to address the question rather than disparaging people as “foolish” who even think the question should be asked.
ARG is a liberal outfit that is trying to get Kasich to hire them. ARG got lucky in NH reporting a Kasich surge before it happened. You can ignore ARG and I'm not a Cruz guy. Although I would support him if he's the nominee, of course.
