It’s a shame it was DC, which means the Marine was unarmed. I would love to see a half dozen thugs go down permanently in the face of an armed and well-trained United States Marine.

These BLM criminals leave too many decent people afraid to go out, which reduces employment in their areas and feeds the cycle to keep the BLM leaders rich and influential. I don’t mind rich if it is earned by adding value, but I hate seeing rich criminals. Concealed carry, alertness, and training could do wonders for solving this problem.

I don't care if I'm attacked for saying it but, in spite of his Marine-training, bravery in combat and the debt Americans (and I myself) owe him for his service... here's why he brought it upon himself:
"In 2014 he ran as a Democratic candidate for Congress, hoping to represent the 42nd Congressional District of California." (from the end of the article)
Which means that he has bought into the Democrat politics and policies that has empowered the criminal thugs and disarmed their victims. And he was in Washington to further a career promoting those politics and policies.
