Whatever even initially successful legal challenge to Cruz’ eligibility can’t be based on original intent.

I predict it will be called a political question by the courts and left to elected officials.

The liberals pretty much own the judiciary. Hillry started the ‘birther’ movement against Obama... IF anyone thinks Hillry is going to let a Hispanic, Cubian, natural born Canadian usurp her they are living in a dream world.

Now I will add it does all depend on Hillry’s survival as the libs nomination... She could be in Ft. Leavenworth or in some private mental institution come November.
