A fat guy almost 80 years old who indulged in rich foods and sauces and also smoker with a cardiac condition goes to a ranch almost a mile high in the air and dies in his sleep.

Bears repeating. Family and physician may have been warning him for years, as a lot of families and docs do.

In the end, it's clear he celebrated life. May he rest in peace.

In fact in memory of Scalia I have been half considering taking up a “little” red wine... that might have helped him push his years as far as they went with his other handicaps. If the parishioners at the Baptist church where I go ask about it, I will say it’s for my stomach, like Timothy.
