The odds are overwhelming that the Senate won’t confirm an Obama nominee this year. If Obama wanted to kill him, he would have done it last year, when he could have easily gotten a nominee through the Senate.
Yeah but killing a supreme court justice just a couple of years after using the IRS to target political opponents, just might wake a few people up. Better to keep them asleep in their matrix pods.
