Not having an autopsy greatly fuels the belief that Scalia was assassinated. There should be an autopsy, so the cause of death can be determined.
If there is no suspicion of foul play, there is almost NEVER going to be an autopsy for a man of his age.
He had been to his doctor as recently as Thursday due to medical issues, that's why he chose to sit out the hunt on Friday.
Keep in mind that he was down there with FRIENDS, none of them are suggesting foul play.
The pillow over his face is actually evidence AGAINST foul play because someone using that method wouldn't just leave it there.
As for the owner of the resort, try to realize that he has a very high-end resort which relies upon the patronage of wealthy hunters (i.e. white males over fifty who tend to be Republicans); he might be a Democrat donor, but I doubt he would be the left's choice for an assassination of a SCOTUS justice.
