Your candidate was attacking Mitt Romney and telling dreamers they had convinced him on the issue. Trump’s immigration plan is called touchback amnesty.
So, Cruz had a plan to build a wall? Where is it? Hmmmm. He never introduced legislature to get it done, yet, he has bragged about all the things he has introduced, which went no where.
I’ll give Cruz credit for having two sentences about amnesty and illegal immigration in his presidential announcement speech. Illegal immigration, building a wall, and deportation were not a main themes of his campaign at that time.
