No not in tx the family does not decide. The coroner does. A death outside of a hospital unexpected must be reported to legal authority.

I agree, but also contend that in Obama's final year in office foul play is also highly likely. Not having an autopsy for such an important figure is cause for suspicion, especially since no doctor even examined the body.
