I understand Supreme Court takes a vote within days of hearing arguments. And then the Justices with assistance of their clerks write opinions. I am making a slightly educated guess that only decisions already released by the Court this year will included Justice Scalia's vote/opinion?

My father was a lifelong Republican. But since his death he has consistently voted Democrat. Why should Scalia stop writing opinions just because he is dead?
Certainly some opinions were written and completed by Scalia. But since they have not been presented at the Supreme Court , they will not count. I titled this “vanity”/ under chat. I guess the answer was really obvious. :)
Here is a Google Maps link to the Cibolo Creek Ranch, TX where Justice Scalia passed away.
MY guess.
The left goes balls to the wall to get a “new” justice THIS YEAR.
The RINOs fold, as per usual.
