Do I have to explain it to you. We are going to have two candidates with any chance of winning come November, and a Supreme Court that is now a 4-4 tie. We might be able to hold off Obama from picking the 9th justice, think Al Sharpton with a law degree, for the next 11 months. However the winner in November is definitely going to make the pick if our stalling tactic is successful. If it is Herself, Sanders, Biden, or Warren, the Constitution will be dead letter. If one of those on stage tonight wins, then we have a fighting chance to maintain the republic. To sit it out, in light of the circumstances, would be irresponsible and immature.
