Sounds to me like a hot female trainer does not belong in a testosterone laced male environment such as a mens university locker room where such men walk around naked.......

That's called a "MOON" and a proper prank I would expect from any college age dude regardless of where. Appropriate? NO, but totally expected.......
As a side note, that's what you got once you started allowing females into male athletic locker rooms..........
