I was a Cruz supporter and made substantial donations. Shortly after the second I started receiving nonstop solicitations. Not just from the Cruz campaign and his wife, but from the Republic Senate election groups.

It took many weeks to unsubscribe from the many lists. I had one of those aha moments. It was worse than any election in the past including Romney's nonstop mails. That is when I started digging. I honestly believed the narrative that was laid out.

Looked at Cruz's voting record, associations, bills passed and finally his family history. That is when I made a hard stop in support and started backing away. The final nail in the coffin of support was when I dug into his citizenship.

Why did he run for the senate seat and not disclose this? Why did he wait till he ran for POTUS to denounce his citizenship?

We had a foreign born Senator who never held a private sector job in his life. We had a junior Senator that immediately started seeking the office of POTUS rather than serving his state. Finally, we had a Senator that failed to pass key pieces of legislation, voted contrary to American interests on others and missed many votes while in office. Who does that sound like?
