Oh no! MrD cooked steak in my 58 year old cast iron skillet on the stove top 2 days ago. Heat the skillet put the lightly seasoned steak in for 3 minutes per side. Fantastic!

I’ll still stick with the grill-I like the flavor from the charcoal and the fast sear from the fire.
