Yes a candidate must be likeable and there are unfortunately many, here on FR and elsewhere, who do like trump, I’m not enthralled with ANY candidate,my fear is NONE can win. I’m telling you that I’ve been talking to people from all over while traveling the past month and this is what I’ve encountered. I AGREE with Ted Cruz but bc I personally find him not likeable I do not believe he can win. If I’m predisposed, ideologically, towards him but yet personally repelled by him why would I believe that someone less informed, less ideologically driven, would vote for him? That’s my point. You like him and will vote for him, fine. I don’t think there are enough like you. My entire household will vote for Rubio in VA March primary.

Like a coupla seniors out for the early bird special! A ++++
You didn’t answer why you would choose to vote for Rubio in the primary. What substantive thing has he done to make you think he would be a good president?
i will vote for Rubio in the primary because I consider him to be the most conservative candidate who is electable. period. there is no point to voting for someone, regardless of accomplishments or positions on the issues if he cannot be elected. As I have said, I have voted for far too many principled losers.
I did not know that, thank you for pointing it out!
