The last time it happened, a fellow I had known for some time came to our fishing camp with some friends and they started smoking. I had always known him to be a hard working and convivial person. For no particular reason,another person brought out a prototype of a little gadget that prevented plastic grocery bags from leaning over and spilling everything in the back seat.
The one fellow suddenly became obsessed with it jumping up and down on how we had to drop what we were doing and generate drawings, email it to a lawyer, sign secrecy agreements because 150 million cars meant we were going to split $400 million. Over the course of 60 minutes or so, he was consoled 3 or 4 times and settled down but each time he would spring up and start shaking everyone on why we were not jumping to our feet to launch this venture.
It eventually came to fisticuffs and blood was drawn.
