Pipelines are a special case. We have pipeline ROWs all around us; the landowners still have free use of them for grazing cattle, etc...

All they lose is any timber growing on the ROW -- and they are paid full value for it. Not a bad deal!

So, it’s okay to benefit private oil companies and use eminent domain. Right?
