LOL! Indeed, Margaret Hamilton WAS a lovely lady who felt terrible that children were frightened of her because of her brilliant performance in The Wizard of Oz.
My problem with Snarly Carly is her exploding neck tendons which indicate a mucho uptight demeanor. I always imagine her as sneaking around the office late at night to see who stole paper clips.
