I dunno, I always thought Ted more resembled Eddie Munster.
Al Lewis, who portrayed Grandpa Munster, was politically pretty close to Bernard Sanders. Very much a creature of the left, Al Lewis was the Green Party candidate for Governor in NY back in 1998.
