There are many many cases on the subject of birth abroad. The conclusion is very clear, there is no wiggle room, no "other side," no dissent. A person born abroad is presumed an alien. They become citizens ONLY by naturalization.

If that were true, where are the dozens of lawsuits working their way though the court systems challenging Cruz or Rubio eligibility ?

I may be mistaken, but I am unaware of any...

If anyone has standing it would be Trump....he LOVES lawyers and suing people...
