Why did Cruz say to tell Carson voters not to waste their votes?
He already knew that Carson was not quitting.
And, the biggest elephant in the room is, why would Carson announce he was quitting BEFORE the vote? After working in Iowa for all that time and spending all that money, and bug out just as the pay off was coming?
It takes an idiot to swallow that line.

nobody said he was taking a leave of absence. all they said was he was going to FL and then to DC for the prayer breakfast. as soon as Carson’s campaign realized someone was putting out wrong info, they tweeted a correction (at 8pm). His wife was at a location making calls for heavens sake.
Everyone knows it was a dirty trick.
It just depends whether you think a dirty trick is okay, and if that is in character for your guy.
