(1) Force enactment of a balanced budget., and establish a 10-15 year plan to eliminate the national debt. Drive a grass roots effort at the state level to establish a constitutional amendment for a federal balanced budget (perpetual)

(2) To support (1) Establish significant task force to look for redundancy and waste in federal expenditures. Full delegation of those redundant activities to the states. Eliminate Agencies and Departments that do not support Defense, Treasury, or State.

(3) Establish a world class military that is absolute state of the art in every phase.

(4) Line by line rescind every EO that does not support (1-3).

(5) Establish an Energy Independence Policy that eliminates the need for foreign sources by 2030.

(6) Incrementally add budget to secure borders and remove internal Islamic terrorist threats
