is it just me, or does Tapper have this bland, almost whiny voice that makes him sound “dumb”, like he hesitates like a girl when he’s talking...and acts as if he is being “really serious “.
I prefer his voice to the Mr. Haney, nasally, voice of Ted Cruz.
