I’m not sure if Rush realized what he said but he was trying to say that to change the delegate count, certain would have needed something like 25K more votes but that he didn’t think that the fraud accounted for that many. So it didn’t matter. Like there wasn’t a remedy that would change anything. But he called it fraud.
