I don’t think the issue is cheap, I think it’s arrogance. Trump was certain he would win. He LIVES by polls and the fake polls showed him winning so he hung his hat on it. Further, he had big crowds at events and thought that translated into votes and, obviously, it does not.

He never said he would win Iowa. He said he hope to. Big difference. Get your lies straight.

I donât think the issue is cheap, I think itâs arroganceNope. The evangelicals turned out to vote for the Messiah du' Jour.
Trump likely made some errors here and there but so did Cruz.
And how in the heck does Rubio get a strong 3rd?
If you think about, 70% of the voters voted against Cruz (as well as Trump, obviously).

I don't think the issue is cheap, I think it's arrogance. He is also a political novice and not yet fully knowledgeable about how insiders play the system that they have created.
But if he is smart enough to make $8 Billion dollars he is smart enough to figure out their Good-Old-Boy system in record time.
I expect him to come out swinging for the fence after New Hampshire.

I donât think the issue is cheap, I think itâs arrogance. Trump was certain he would win.And maybe political inexperience.
He now knows he's got to campaign somewhat traditionally whether he likes it or not. It will be interesting - from a political science standpoint - to see how if he learns from Iowa, or not.

Well of course you do.
Maybe, just maybe, Trump is saving his money while cruz blew through most of his money in Iowa. Cruz's goldman sachs funded PACs also spent a ton of money there. Add to that, prior to last night, no republican candidate ever got more votes in the Iowa primary then Trump. That's what I call getting value.
