Like Romney, Trump overestimated how popular he was and how easy it was going to be for him, so he didn't invest in what we all now have to call "the ground game."

Ted Cruz knew how just unpopular he could be with people, so he paid the extra bucks for a quality campaign. #Revengeofthenerds

Oh please. If he was so ease at winning, he wouldn’t have done that Dr. Carson episode. He knew he had to cheat to win and he was right. He took points from Carson which allowed him to win over Trump. He is quite the snake. I think that was a rotten thing to do but I am sure you think it was smart.

Actually Trump spent very little and came out with one less delegate against the vaunted Cruz ground game and a state that’s in wheelhouse. It’s not about the headlines, which are fleeting, it’s about the delegate count at the end of the run. NH is next.
