BITING into a KitKat, Saima Ahmad was shocked to find a solid block of chocolate instead of a wafery crunch. Now she wants justice.
The 20-year-old law student from London is demanding Nestle compensate her with a lifetime supply of KitKats, ITV news reports.
Ms Ahmad, who bought a pack of eight KitKats for £2 ($4), is threatening legal action if she doesn't get her demand. She's backing up her claim of "monetary and emotional" loss over the incident by quoting case law going back to the 1930s.
"The truth of the matter is; manufacturers owe a duty of care to consumers," she wrote in her letter to Nestle.

They were all twix!
In addition, she demanded that the company put a niqab on each box of KitKats to make the boxes sharia-compliant.
DANG!
Just what the world needs, another “law student.”
If this website did not forbid violence in posts, I’d suggest where that bitch can stuff her Kit-Kats. Sideways.
Looks like she already ate a fair share of them.
At least she’s not suing them for $65 million for not pressing her slacks.
The war against continues.
Google “The Lazlo Letters”. It is a collection of similar things from Lazlo Toth (who played Father Guido Sarducci on SNL). I found it amusing back in the 80s. He basically writes these nutty complaints to public figures and corporations. They generally are fairly civil.
Allihu KitKat! amazing
[[Ok, so other than being an idiot what does Islame have to do with this???]]
They finance their jihad by frivolous lawsuits and fraud.
Here are just some examples , pay attention at how much money they were making on just fraudulent coupons.

As many as she has lifetimes. If she has one lifetime then she receives one bar,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Hula approved. They thought it was funny, but it's a long way to go for a joke.
But it's also a long way to go for a Muslim angle. Somebody somewhere is going to sue somebody for something everyday. The ethnicity or religion of the plaintiff isn't relevant.
I looked up Father Guido Sarducci because I knew he was played by Don Novello.
I never knew that Lazlo Toth was a pen name he used to write under. Something new...everyday.
Send her some wafers sans chocolate and tell her to GFH.
Thanks for bringing that up . I had not realized that Nestle was paying for halal certification in some countries.
Alot of things can be considered halal as long as it has no meat in it. Halal meat has to be ritually sacrificed so products with no meat can be found listed on sites that say what is and what is not halal.
Kitkats as far as I know are not marked halal on the package in this country (at least I have not noticed the marking but I am going to look again when I go shopping this week) That means that Nestle is not paying for halal certifications on those candies here. In Europe , Australia and several other places they do pay for the inspections and put the seal on the bars.
Halal certification is really bad because the money the company spends on those inspections goes to fund jihad.
I try avoid the stuff like the plague :)
I used to buy a lot of Campbell soups for the church pantry /food bank and when they announced that they would start labeling some of their soups halal in Canada I stopped buying them altogether. There are no Campbell products at all in my house. I don’t think I buy many Nestle products but I am going to check and put them on my no buy list too.
These companies that fund jihad against Christians and Jews can get their money from the terrorist but not from me.
“You’re face, is my case.”
