The tipoff to me is the justification of his every statement, the unending praise of how smart he is and how non supporters are too stupid to understand. And finally the outright hostility and rage towards any criticism.
It’s almost as though some people have channeled their inner leftist and expressed it right before our eyes at FR.
And they are so invested in the Trump cult, they don’t even realize it.

I once took in the hoopla on "the Next won",,,then realized what I was seeing aka the Cult of Personality as described in the article. Made myself mad, that I would ever have been taken in like that...., the light came on and stayed on.
Only problem is those who throw this term around habitually are part of a Cult of Personality for a rival candidate.

Honestly, Theo, I believe it’s not that there are cult members.
I think it’s more a matter of common sense in analyzing what the priorities need to be for our country.
Right now, with Christians heads being cut off, it is simply a matter of survival for many of us. We look at it like this:
If someone is coming at you with a knife, declaring they will cut your head off, it doesn’t make sense to start debating Constitutional points at that time. It is more appropriate to take immediate steps to remove the eminent threat.
Since my ancestors on both sides of my family were murdered for being Christians who refused to “Convert or Die”, I proudly support the candidate I believe will mitigate this threat.
