Why bother teaching skills that will gain you a low income job if you can get one at all.
The only reason to seek such skills in school is if you are already talented enough on your own and you only seek certification and intend to start your own company.
Four billion dollars of tax payer money is way more than is necessary to fund the education of a few dozen Americans.
