To be honest, it started with Cruz supporters the day Trump entered the race. It has never stopped and if you are unable to see the two way street then you haven’t been paying attention.

It really matters not at this point who started it.(If you have a source or link to the start would appreciate knowing the who, what, when and where!!!!!!! I would be one of the first or last to call them out on it!!)
