Prior to this primary, I've never seen or partaken in, the vitriolic discussions Ive seen on FreeRepublic before now. Particularly when we all have held the same goal for so long.
But I am now guilty, as others are...
Now you're telling me to tell another FReeper what to do? On her own thread? You're a bossy little noob.
It is a fact according to the Constitutionm. The Democrats andd those who believe the Constitution is a living doccument have tried to change its meaning. The PURISTS, known as the Originalists all agree that what the Constitution said as it was written by the Framers requires BOTH Parents to be citizens and the person must be born on American Soil. HAD THE American People insisted on vetting Obama, he would have been found NOT ELIGABLE. But the people thought it was just a “talking point” and look what we got. Now, because someone else who is not eligible appears, it somehow is still a “talking point.” Obviously hard facts are not of importance to some people. Oddly, most of those same people give lip service to the Constitution, but don’t really care what it says.
Any of our candidates would be better than either the criminal Hillary or the commie Bernie. Either of them would put a stake through the heart of the United States.
Molly. My suggestion?
Get a life.
Truly.
You are delusional and need some help, maybe try decaf?
You do love to spin things don’t you? Have fun. it doesn’t bother me. Some people can’t see the forest for the trees.
He had no allegiance or ties to America.
I don't see any spin there. All I see are your two posts.
He is a natural born megalomaniac at least, regardless of where he was born.
My suggestion, when you have lived a bit longer and seen more than your immediate surroundings, you might have a broader perception of facts. I have a life and have no need for your recommendations. I’d far rather be me than you. Je suis bien dans ma peau.
Thanks for the collective olive branch, KittenClaws! You are right... we can fuss and kerfuffle about our favorite and least favorite candidates, but when the rubber meets the road and November rolls around, I hope we will all pull together for whomever the GOP candidate is. Because that candidate, even if he’s pretty sucky by traditional Conservative standards, will still be light years better than anyone the Dims can field.
I hope that from here out, fans of all GOP candidates will just STOP with the PERSONAL infighting. Calling your fellow FReeper names is no way to promote unity. Even if the candidates say nasty stuff, we need to NOT follow suit with that. Remember that everyone here on the Free Republic site (minus the few trolls who wander in) is someone who LOVES our country and wants the best for it. We vary on how to reach that goal — but that’s what we all want.
God bless our Republic!
Hmmmmmmmm. You will see that statement applies to Cruz.
God Bless America.
And may God Bless you as well.
There are more than two posts. in fact there are a whole string of them all about the Constitution which I feel certain you have not bothered to read. Cruz is not eligible, nor was Obama, nor was Schwarzenegger. Nor is Rubio. If you are not an Originalist, you support the idea the Constitution is a living document and changes. Take your pick.
He had no allegiance or ties to America.
I don't see any spin there. All I see are your two posts. Words mean things. You lied.

Lol! So you are almighty wise because you assume you have lived longer than I have?
Age does not provide cover for hate or stupidity, Molly. Glad you are comfortable with that...gee, was so impressed with your French..
Keep it up to your heart’s content. I never lie. You just can’t stand the truth. Cruz is not eligible according to the constitution. AS IT WAS WRITTEN and RATIFIED.
Never said anything about his allegiance one way or the other.
He had no allegiance or ties to America.
Liars lie. That's what they do.
Want a win? Take this one! I feel generous, because I’m too tired to argue with an ignorant chatte.....I’m going to bed.
It is a very well known saying in most English Speaking Countries. French of course was the language of The Law of Nations by E. Vattel which was the foundation for much in our Constitution as well as our Declaration of Independence. Numerous Supreme Court Cases refer to Vattel and countless decisions have been based on the Law of Nations. You, however, consider it just a “talking point.” There is much more at stake in this election than a cup of coffee or your cute little stock phrases like “get a life.” You might, someday, widen your perspective. I would advise it....if there is an America left by then.
You did say he had no allegiance to this country. That is why I responded, A simple correction of the record. Not only did he swear allegiance when naturalized, he meant it. He has said on more than one occasion his success would never have been possible were it not for the opportunities found here.
I give Molly as an example of the hate, contempt and arrogance between the Cruz, Trump supporters. I told her this forum was about coming together but she insisted on being smart by half.
She has attempted in every way to get a rise out of me, and has succeeded to some small extent. but I stop now, and hold her up to be NOT a peacemaker or smart, or informed, but a troublemaker, one that enjoys making trouble between others.
One who enjoys a quick smart, one liner. One who enjoys being the smartest person in the room.
I’m a better person than that.
You can have her kind if you want her, but I prefer another way.
