The woman in the ‘I can do it’ poster, Geraldine Hoff, was 17 and working with a metal stamping machine when the poster was made in 1943. This would make her younger then than the college students who are crying for safe spaces when confronted with a conservative speaker.
Times have changed, but not for the better.
