IMO: Obama will indict Hillary in late spring after she has gotten the nomination. He will pardon her in exchange for withdrawing from the race. Then the kenyan will broker the Dem convention.
The advantage will be that Hillary's delegates will be free at that point to vote for anybody they choose, Bernie won't get any of them, and a brokered convention then takes place. Joe Biden then comes riding to the rescue "for the good of the party and the country."
