Tonight on the Mark Levin Radio Show, Ted Cruz told CR's Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin that he is challenging Donald Trump to a one on one debate. He suggested that the debate be held on talk radio, and that it be a Megyn Kelly free zone.

The challenge comes after Trump said he would not participate in the Fox News debate on Thursday January 28, 2016.
Cruz told Levin, "the fact that Donald is now afraid to appear on the debate stage. That he doesn't want his record questioned. I think that reflects a lack of respect for the men and women of Iowa."
Cruz said if Trump is afraid of Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, or Megyn Kelly hosting a debate that he is willing to do an hour long head to head debate with no moderator.

As for the debate, isn’t it against RNC rules to begin with?
I predict that on Thursday, Drudge is going to have a poll on who won the debate. Donald Trump is going to win the poll without having been on the stage! ;-)

Trump should accept with only one condition...Cruz goes to court to get a judgment that certifies that he is a natural born citizen. I think he is, but I am no Constitutional scholar like Obama.
Otherwise, Cruz is panicking now, why give him any free publicity?

LOL. Why would Trump debate someone who is trailing him by a lot? We have had six debates already.
Well, Mr. Canadan-born-Cruz got his butt handed to him in the last debate by both Trump and Rubio. He isn’t all that.
Cruz would not phrase it that way if he really wanted to debate.

Well, he didn’t realize he was a Canadian citizen until about 15 months ago, so I’m willing to cut him some slack on the knowing it all.
