There is a roaming pack of posters that do nothing but fill this place with venom all day and every day.Can't they be banned or put in time-out or something?

Can't they be banned or put in time-out or something? It is as the site owner wishes it to be. There is a constant stream of personal attacks 27/7. Only moderators can delete comments. I'm not sure we even understand what a personal attack is. I have my idea.
I made an example here.
btw, the poster I was engaging with ended our discussion cordially. It can be done.
