Fry them in beef tallow again. It is healthier than the transfat vegetable oil they currently use.

Couldn’t agree more. I was just telling my boss (a chef) that if I ever owned a restaurant I’d use tallow for fries. He looked at me like I was insane. I suppose because of the price?
