Look at the 8 minute mark and next 30 seconds. It isn’t facing out at all. If it were, the ladder would be directly under the camera. It isn’t. Actually looks positioned to look down the fence line.
It is actually a pretty cool set up. The sticker looking thing on the front that actually allows the camera to view through like a one way glass has words above and below to make it look more like a sticker. It is kind of impressive. Still, I would rather they focus on Obama's or Clinton's espionage than a bunch of good ol'boys.The pole is actually inside the fence line.
