If its in the substation, its on property owned by the power company. I don’t know about Oregon, but in my neck of the woods the power company is a private company. IOW, its their property and they can put up cameras if they want to...just like Wal Mart.
Besides, for all we know there is a sign on the gate stating there are cameras.
These facilities are in the middle of nowhere...what in the heck could they spy on, other than the substation?

Look, you all that are defending the hidden cameras, may be right and they are innocent. Honestly, I don’t care if the feds stuck big poles up with cameras on them to watch the protesters as long as everything ends peacefully. I really just don’t trust or like the way things are going.
